Almost time for our first event with Ali Affleck & The Copper Cats! We spoke to Ali earlier today and she told us:

Trying to plan which events to come to? Don't want to waste a minute? We've just published the Festival Programme At A Glance to help you.

A lot of events have now sold out, but there's still just a few tickets left for the following events:

3rd Audacious Women Festival  Programme Announced

The 3rd Audacious Women Festival will take place from the 22nd – 26th February. It will feature over 20 workshops, conversations, performances and at least one pop-up event – all of which invite women to ‘Do What You Always Wish You Dared’.

Roller Derby

Hell hath no fury like an audacious woman on roller skates. It may come as a surprise to some people that learn that Scotland has a vibrant female roller derby scene,  from the Auld Reekie Roller Girls in Edinburgh, to Glasgow Roller Derby, to the Dundee Roller Girls.

DOK artist space

Audacity comes in handy when you're making art - or setting up an artist space. Karen Fleming and Olivia Turner founded the DOK Artist Space with fellow ECA graduate Daryl Mckee, which houses exhibitions and offers studio space to up to nine artists at a time in Ocean Terminal.

Mairi Campbell

One of the Audacious Women collective met Mairi Campbell, to talk through plans for the Festival Celebration Party, taking place at Augustine’s Church at 7.30pm on Saturday 25th February.
